You have a goal in mind and good reasons for getting into better shape. You may not be planning to go zip lining in the jungle, but you have a goal in mind. Every workout can be an adventure, in a good way, so don't shortchange yourself. Get fired up on november 1 and do a fantastic yoga or other video workout to start the day. November 4 or november 5 is perfect for a group hike or bike ride, even if you have to organize it. Do what's fun and do it outdoors. November 9 may be bumpy, but you won't be slowed down. The weekend of november 11 and november 12 is more for being with people, so go for a great, long walk. Stretch those legs and rack up those steps. November 13 is great for everything, so do your favorite dance class and prance. November 16 is great, too. If a delay threatens, it will vaporize. Do your run. November 18, november 19, and november 20 are power days. Is it body pump? Weights? The machines? On the november 23, be grateful for great food, great people. And greater health and happiness. November 29 may be chaotic, but you're together. Run or swim and then soak. Great!
