Don't overspend at the grocery store on items best left on the shelves. Make a list of all the organic food items you need before you head out to the store. Decide what recipes you'd like to use for the week and only get the ingredients you require. If you can, skip the store altogether and visit a farmer's market instead to purchase locally-grown fruits and veggies.
