Your daily routine could be disrupted by a germ invasion. Keep yourself healthy by washing your hands with soap and water throughout the day. Stay hydrated drinking purified tap water (skip the bottled water) and organic, freshly squeezed juice. Blow your nose with a cloth handkerchief instead of disposable tissue paper: it's softer on the nose and less wasteful. Take a soothing bath with epsom salts which flush toxins from the body.
