Do some soul searching today to determine how much you spend on a weekly basis. Consider going without buying anything for a single day to take a harder look at your spending habits. Bring your lunch and snacks to work. Brew your own coffee. Read magazines and books you already own. Make a record of every time you would have bought something that day to see how much you saved. Repeat this process once a week for added insight on how much you buy and consume.
