' stay clear of 'enriched' products which mean that the nutrients had to be pumped back into food after they were taken out. Organic foods aren't subjected to bioengineering or ionizing radiation and are free of hydrogenated fat, aspartame, antibiotics, pesticides, and artificial colors, flavors and preservatives.
