Being on a more health-conscious diet doesn't mean you can't snack. Instead of the usual chips and cookies, opt for crisp fruit and veggies with a dollop of all-natural peanut or almond butter for protein. Toast some chickpeas (which provide protein, fiber, folate and magnesium) and toss with some butter, sugar, cinnamon and dried cloves. Whole wheat pita bread with cucumber slices and spicy hummus also taste great.
